 Santiago has over 30 years of international experience in the plastics industry in the areas of Factory Planning and Design, Operational Optimization, Development of operational excellence programs and Service and After Market Management. Santiago has extensive experience and close ties to the Latin American and European markets.

Doug brings over 30 years of engineered plant design experience, focused specifically on the plastics molding industry. His long tenure with Husky Injection Molding Systems Factory Planning group as well as his independent consulting work since 2005 provides a wide scope of diverse international experiences to draw from. 

 John has 30 years of building design and project management experience. The last 25 years focused on the design of plastic molding facilities. He led factory design teams at Husky  Injection Molding Systems. John specializes in plant infrastructure design and specification , option assessment and project costing/ bidding.
