Our team first met over 25 years ago working for a leading international manufacturer of injection molding machines, molds, robotics and client focused factory planning services.


Since then our individual paths diverged, but we have now realigned to provide enhanced expert and experience based guidance to the industry.

Factory/ Project Feasibility Assessments

A great starting point - 

Assessments provide a client with high level conceptual design options , budgetary "all in" project cost estimates, internal resourse requirement estimates and realistic timeline estimates for a wide range of potential projects (big or small)  


We have learned that accurate information at this stage is critical in order to make good decisions. This is a great way to get a project started with confidence!

Optimizing existing operations 

Productivity audits dig into the inner workings of existing factories. We focus on uncovering and documenting all aspects of current situations  (both  the good and  the "not so good"). Once this information is compiled, and reviewed with the client , we can then offer practical and meaningful recommendations for possible implementation projects. Since we are an independent 3rd party, any suggestions will not be  tied to any specific equipment vendors.

These are the details required to move a project forward from concept to reality (with confidence)

Factory plans are specifically focused on  providing the space planning, technical details, financial  planning foundations and schedule  requirements required to move a project forward from inital concept, through to concrete functional specifications, and ultimately  to move a project to final approval by the customer.  This is also the step that is very helpful during the tendering process for selecting consulting firms and construction firms to actually build the factory.

Identifying and including the best suppliers (based on real life experience)  is important. - 

Our group is not aligned with any specific equipment vendors (e.g. no commissions, no finders fees etc), so we can provide our unbiased suggestions and real-life case examples. In our opinions, the most important criteria during this process is to have well defined and agreed upon specifications. The Factory Planning step described above would provide this, but if a client already has this information in place, and is looking for confirmation, or additional support during this process - we can help.
